St Patrick’s main choir was started in the year 1973. It’s main mission was to encourage and support congregational singing by providing appropriate liturgical music in enhancing full conscious and active participation of the faithful during liturgical celebrations.Our patroness is St Cecilia.

Psalms 150: Proclaims, everything that has breath give thanks to the Lord,’ the choir supports and enhances the singing of the assembly. Music can inspire people to change, to forgive,to live a joyful life, to love more and pray better. It expresses things that we are unable to express in words alone.

The old saying ‘’ to sing is to pray  twice’ holds true for all choirs in our centre and within our  parish. We also do Act of mercy to the less fortunate members of the community by giving them hope.

Our choir has given birth to two more vibrant  youthful choir groups within our centre, these are namely Christ the King and St Theophilus. We meet for rehearsals every Monday / Wednesday at 5.30p.m – 7.00p.m.Sundays one hour after mass.New members are always welcome to join anytime. In St Patrick’s centre Mass animation  is purely rotational to avoid choirs owning mass and giving our Congregation opportunity to appreciate the different Angelic voices of  all our choirs.
