Welcome all to St. Patrick’s website. We are thankful to God, as a parish, for the development of this site which will enable us to invite you to interact with us through the various faith – based activities that we continue to provide and share with one another as the larger family of St. Patrick’s, Thika.

With God’s guidance we hope that this site will help promote the faith and the communion we have shared in. We continue to harmonise all our Small Christian Communities by being available to them for the celebration of the Eucharist and other liturgical celebrations. We have been blessed with various Christian associations and movements which we use as the vehicle to nurture and promote Faith and Friendships. As the pastoral team we have also had the privilege of accompanying and confirming the old and the sick in their homes. We have had the joy of planting Faith to our children and the youth, and also highlighting the ever – demanding concerns of married life and Family.

To this end the pastoral team has always been eager and willing to organize for days of recollections and retreats; we have also had the honor of welcoming speakers to address certain topical issues that have a bearing on the witness of the catholic faith; and we also organize seminars for our jumuiyas, where we treat them in ways of promoting their sacramental lives.

In the past year (2020) the outbreak of the Corona pandemic did not dim our determination to continue shepherding our Christian faithful. By taking advantage of the technological advances of our era, we were able to stream live Masses to our Christian community. We also continued to give seminars which we had started before the onset of the pandemic.

With the gift of this website we hope to showcase the immense treasure that the St. Patrick Family has been endowed with. We hope with your support and prayers we shall be able to actualize our strategic plan and all the development plans that are ahead.
